Smudging, an ancient art practiced by Native Americans for centuries, is a ceremonial act of cleansing and purification. Our smudge sticks are made from different varieties of sage, and occasionally contain rosemary or lavender as well.
When you catch the smudge stick on fire and then blow out the flame, the smoldering stick produces smoke that is believed (and scientifically documented) to cleanse negative energy and purify living spaces.
