Fresh Hollyhock Flowers
USDA Certified 100% Organic
Hollyhocks (Alcea rosea) have large flowers that measure about 3-4 inches in diameter and come in a wide array of colors. The petals have a slightly bland, but sweet flavor and a silky texture.
Use fresh flowers raw in salad or make a cold infusion by soaking flowers in cold water for at least eight hours, as hot water can damage its medicinal properties. The cold infusion can also be added to bath water for softer skin and used to condition and moisturize hair.
PLA clamshells and containers are fully compostable.
